LORENZA HARRINGTON
With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Lorenza cut his teeth in one of the food and beverage capitals of the world: New Orleans. He was part of the opening team at Barrel Proof New Orleans, where he spent his nights moonlighting as a bartender, after days in the classroom teaching middle and high school science. Lorenza went on to lead the bar teams at Sylvain and The Will and The Way as Beverage Director before relocating to Atlanta in 2023. His time in the classroom and behind the bar cultivated a deep love for the rich and eclectic culture of New Orleans, which informs his approach to 21st century hospitality to this day. With his time in Atlanta, Lorenza helped lead the team at Jojo’s Beloved, where he began to connect and collaborate with the innovative professionals of Atlanta’s food and beverage industry. He now serves as the Managing Partner of Barrel Proof Atlanta, and is excited to continue growing his community here.

Meet chef Josh Pearson! Chef Josh grew up cooking with his mother and growing a love for the craft. If you ask him his inspiration, it is the food that he made with family, and Sunday dinners after church. Josh went on to move to NYC and work for restaurants such as Per Se, Le Coucou, and Olmsted specializing in French cuisine and bread baking. Josh's experience cooking southern inspired food with family was his motivation to move to Georgia and experience what the South has to offer.
Josh is fairly new to Atlanta and is excited to join the Barrel Proof team as head chef, hoping to take his experience in fine dining and use it to craft fun dishes that complement the craft cocktails Barrel Proof has to offer. When Josh isn't in the kitchen, he's biking around Atlanta, catching a movie, working out, or hanging with his cat Oscar.

Raven is the Marketing Manager at Barrel Proof Atlanta, where she bridges the gap between high-energy hospitality and strategic growth. With a background spanning craft bartending, large-scale stage production for festivals like Bonnaroo, Hulaween, and Big Bounce America, to creative strategizing, she specializes in personable branding that captures the stimulation and hustle of dynamic environments.
Raven is also a professional singer/songwriter which is where her affection for personal branding originates. She pioneered marketing initiatives for small businesses in the realms of fashion, music, and hospitality in Atlanta, before finding her home at Barrel Proof. Here, she is merging her marketing ingenuity with a deep-rooted passion for spirits and service. When she’s not architecting new campaigns, she’s likely on stage performing and exploring Atlanta’s vibrant music scene.

GABE JARAMILLO
Born and raised in Venezuela, Gabe’s initial intention was to begin his hospitality career attending a culinary school in Peru. However, after moving to the U.S. in 2016, he realized that becoming a chef was not his passion. He continued to work BOH as a busser at Hotel Hugo in New York City, quickly expanding his skillset by becoming a server, and using the workplace as an opportunity to better his English.
Over the course of 5 years Gabe continued to grow in hospitality, eventually moving on to create cocktail programs and open various bars, including JoJo’s Beloved Cocktail Lounge in Atlanta. He credits bartending for allowing his culinary creativity to flourish. Through craft cocktails he honors iconic Latino ingredients, practices avant garden technique, and has consistently built lasting connections with his guests and industry peers.
